Parent Mentor Interaction (P.M.I) is conducted regularly to enable parents to meet the mentors and learn about the programs, expectations and performance of their children. Attendance is very important on the PMIs. It is also a medium to involve parents in enhancing small behavioral attributes of their kid. Parents counseling and support helps the school to find the right ways of improving their child's behavior. PMIs are conducted every one and a half month, wherein the parents are intimated at least a week in advance. Prior to the P.M.I, parents are asked to mention their agenda for the meeting through a performa. This enables us to answer parent’s queries or concerns through appropriate suggestions during the interactions.
